Repairs Warranty

Calfee Design warrants to the original registered customer that its repairs are free of manufacturer’s defects for a period of 10 years from the original date of service. If Calfee Design determines a repair defective, Calfee Design will rework the repair free of charge. If the repair failed due to a design defect of the original frame. the repair rework must be paid for by the customer. On rare occasion, Calfee Design may refuse to rework the product if it determines that the rework will not correct the original design problem. All build-up/break-down labor and shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the owner. All frames must be completely disassembled before being returned to Calfee Design. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, defects or failures resulting from abuse, neglect, accidents, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modification.

Under no circumstances shall Calfee Design be liable for any damages or injuries incurred by the use of the Repair Servise. This includes, but is not limited to: lost profits, lost savings, and incidental or consequential damages or injuries arising from the use of, or inability to use this product. The limited warranty set forth in this agreement may not be extended or modified by any Calfee Design Dealer, Agent or Employee. Calfee Design does not assume any liability or make any warranty except as stated in this limited warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on your state. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, or the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, the limitations and exclusions set forth in this warranty may not apply to you.
