Don’t just take our word for it, see what we can do

Calfee is the leader in carbon fiber frame and wheel repair.  We have successfully repaired over 8000 frames and warranty our carbon repair for 10 years.  Our current turn-around time is 7 to 10 days without paint touch-up and 4 to 5 weeks with paint touch-up.  Di2 Retrofits require 4 to 5 weeks.  All repairs are protected by a 10 year warranty.  Please consider the handful of carbon repair examples below.

Different weave
The carbon pattern will not perfectly match the original.  This will only be apparent on frames that are unpainted or have a translucent finish.

Matte clear coat
Matte clear coat is very difficult to match. At the edges of the new clear and old clear coat, you may be able to evidence differences in texture. We do our best to blend the new with the old but often times we cannot perfectly marry the two.  We recommend a full re-clear of the frame to ensure a singular and smooth appearance.

Tube shape
We can replicate any original tube shape.  Some repairs, however, require additional reinforcement which may result in a slight dip or rise at the edge of the repair area.  We do our best to sand these flush though sometimes an undulation cannot be avoided.
