You Have Options

You are welcome to send your frame in directly yourself, with the help of your favorite local bike shop, or by visiting a shop that has joined our dealer program.   Many repair clients recommend BikeFlights; bike shipping made easy, fast and affordable.  Our current turn-around time is 2 weeks without paint touch-up and 3 weeks with paint touch-up.  Di2 Retrofits require 3 weeks.  All repairs are protected by a 10 year warranty.

1. Please remove ALL parts from your frame/wheel

Please include the fork only if you would like a symmetry test or repaint on the fork.  You are welcome to leave the tire on a wheel to protect the rim.

2. Fill out the Calfee Repair Form and include in the box.  If you are a Calfee Di2 Internal Retrofit customer, please complete the Calfee Di2 Order Form and include in the box.

3. Ship the box to the address on the form. We prefer FedEX, UPS or DHL.  Many repair clients recommend BikeFlights; bike shipping made easy, fast and affordable.  However you get the frame to us, be aware that all shipping companies seem to have the same policy regarding maximum liability (only paying claims on actual repair cost of their damage rather than full declared value).

If you are an international customer, please note on the box and forms that the item is for REPAIR.  Otherwise, you will be liable for import duties.

4. We will call you within 1-2 business days of receiving your frame/wheel for repair.

If you would like an estimate, please email clear photos of the damaged area as well as a photo(s) of the entire frame or wheel via email or use our contact form.

Phone or email estimates are simply estimates, not a binding quote.  Once we’ve inspected the frame, we’ll provide a firm quote.

Lead time for repairs is typically three weeks.
